This House was being redone to meet the dreams of the homeowners, instead of moving.   The goal is to add the features of a new home , and stay in the same house and same neigbourhood.

- Strip the stipple ceilings.

- Skim coat the entire ceiling, and prime and paint

- Tray frame the ceiling with drywall

- Remove Dome Light and add centred potlights.

- Install sprayed coffers on Mounted shadow boxes

Making the shadow boxes to mount to the ceiling.

Adusting the shadow boxes height to account for a wavy ceiling, ensuring level coffers.
